Sadly, as you can see in the clip above, the answer is C. This ugly assertion is the host’s opening line in an episode of this past week’s BBC HARDtalk program. This vicious garbage isn’t “sort of” or “almost” anti-Semitic; it is the real thing: vivid, unapologetic, odious and wrong.

Somehow, the BBC intro, which gaily and giddily rushes in where Walt and Mearsheimer fear to tread, managed to miss these basic truths. Apparently in educated British circles you can now voice the most virulent and stupid ideas as if they were simple common sense. What is this “Jewish influence” that the Beeb thinks makes a mockery of American democracy and controls the ignorant Gentile masses, who are but passive putty in the hands of their sinister Jewish overlords?
Is it George Soros, Barbra Streisand, Peter Beinart and Noam Chomsky? Is it John Hagee, Mitt Romney, Bill O’Reilly and Sarah Palin? [FP: For the real Jewish lobby see The Soros Summit below}
American Jews voted against George W. Bush in overwhelming numbers. American Jews gave far more money to the Gore and Kerry campaigns than to the Bush campaign. President Obama remains far more popular with American Jews than with any other ‘white’ ethnic group. Yet all over the world, George W. Bush’s Israel policy was seen as the result of the supposedly irresistible power of “Jewish” money and “Jewish” influence. In reality, if Jewish money and Jewish votes controlled the American political system, George W. Bush would never have gotten past the White House door. But little facts like that can’t disturb the Beeb’s serene faith in the overwhelming might and sinister Zionist fixation of “the Jews.”

America is finally waking up to Islamic charter schools, an issue I’ve been complaining about for at least two decades. It’s a problem created not by liberals, but by conservative Republicans.
I’ve long marched to a different beat than the blind-faith conservatives who sing the siren song of charter schools. When I was in grad school in Wisconsin in the early to mid-1990s, I watched as the primary driver behind that state’s charter schools was a female Black Muslim legislator, hailed by the conservative masses without any critical thinking skills. And soon after her work was passed, Milwaukee had Nation of Islam charter schools. And so did Detroit, after Michigan passed its law. And Arab Muslims took advantage, too, in Michigan and Minnesota and many other places.
But, whenever I’d raise the questions about these schools to conservatives, they didn’t want to hear it. They insisted there was oversight, but in fact there isn’t. In Michigan, for example, most of these schools are “supervised” by small state colleges hundreds of miles away, with those colleges rubber-stamping the charter schools’ qualifications and collecting oversight fees. In recent years, conservative state legislators from various states have contacted me to consult on how to regulate and prevent these Muslim charter schools. My answer: get rid of charter schools. There is no other way. And the Gulen Islamic charter schools, which often go by the name “Harmony Schools” or “Horizon Schools,” are Exhibit A of my argument. The Islamic charter schools are the fault and creation ENTIRELY of the right and conservative Republican legislators around the country. Remember, liberal Democrats opposed charter schools. And even though it was for the wrong reasons, they were right.

The most marked point, aside from those I just mentioned, is that the schools get special talent visas for Muslim teachers teaching subjects for which there are many unemployed, qualified American teachers currently seeking work, including math and . . . ENGLISH! …

As to those tasked with protecting the US from such dangers:
Why is Barack Obama’s immigration chief skipping the funeral of his recently murdered agent, in order to hobnob at the dinner of a mysterious foundation? That’s a question you’ll have to ask John “Moron” Morton, the Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Aside from constantly seeking new luxury cars (more on that in a future post) and agents to chauffeur him and his girlfriend and posse around, Morton does little else, these days, but search for a post-Obama job . . . on your dime.
Tonight, instead of attending the funeral of Myron Chisem–the Black ICE agent who was shot and killed by his 14-year-old son–DebbieSchlussel.com has learned that Morton will instead be attending the ICE Foundation dinner, where he’ll be seeking jobs from the many corporations that fund the foundation and have undue influence on Morton and his agency. Yup, the Obamaniks place an over-exuberant emphasis on minorities when it comes to going after private companies and employers, yet Morton doesn’t care about his dead agents, even if they are Black. But, hey, Morton needs a job, and I hear he plans to hit up the various vice presidents and general counsels of big companies, who will be attending tonight’s dinner, for his future employment. I’ve already told you how Morton has been using ICE travel, bodyguards, etc. for himself and his entire entourage, while he interviews for jobs at media giants, Viacom and NBC Universal, (and attends the Oscars and other Hollywood events trolling for jobs) on your tab.
What exactly is the ICE Foundation? That’s what many ICE agents would like to know, since many of the career ICE agents I talked to never heard of the organization, until now . . . because their boss is skipping the funeral of one of their own to attend its annual banquet. The ICE foundation has a fancy website and claims to help ICE agents and promote their work, but its tax forms are unavailable for public inspection and you cannot find them on Guidestar, the website best known for having all of the non-profits’ tax returns available for viewing. No one knows exactly where the money goes, to whom, or anything else about it, despite the foundation website’s lofty-sounding, but nebulous, BS-filled mission statement about helping ICE agents and promoting their work. If the foundation truly did that, ICE agents would’ve heard of it. What we do know, however, is disturbing.
I’ve been on record predicting the DHS will be a wasteful, corrupt, ineffective bureaucratic atrocity from the first moment I heard of the intention to create it.
Daniel Greenfield: The Post-American Skyscraper
The former Freedom Tower will be a properly post-American building. It will be large, but vague. It will be big, but not too big. It will be smaller than the towers put up by our enemies so that they will have no reason to feel jealous. It will not stand for anything in particular. It will just be office space, like the city and the country, a place that people can come to do business without making any commitment to it.

How do nations die? Unless defeated in war, the death of nations and civilizations often comes slowly, bit by bit. When people start mocking their own heritage, that's a bad sign.
A story told by former British Prime Minister Tony Blair is instructive, and we should contemplate its implications for our own society. From Britain's Daily Mail:

Pretty pathetic, isn't it? The British civil service is particularly notorious for its contempt for its own country. An MP told me that British officers must come to work at the Ministry of Defence in civilian clothes because some of the civil servants object to uniforms. In the Ministry of Defence. I'm not kidding.
And yet, we see the same thing here, don't we? Our kids go to the "best" colleges, where they're often taught by the intellectual leftovers of the 1960s. Many of our schools have been turned into left-wing propaganda factories. Many of our journalists seem to have a contempt for the very nation that protects them with a structure of freedom.
I don't want to see us becoming like Britain and Europe. That's why this election is so critical.
FP: I don’t particularly care for the British civil service—for a wonderful depiction of them with the British humor that I do love see the Yes, Minister and Yes, Prime Minister TV series – but I am with them on this one; given UK’s circumstances, before you know it, God would become Allah.
Believers belabor under the illusion that religion is the source of morality, despite the overwhelming evidence that most monstruous acts were committed in its name, including these days. The reality is that moral principles have been developed in an evolutionary manner as a means of better survival and religion has incorporated some of them together with lots of other stuff that aids in acquiring and sustaining power and control. Some of those principles were developed in civilizations preceding the Judaeo-Christian faith e.g. in Greece and Rome and even before them and Judaism and Christianity just picked them up. They are commonly referred to as secular-humanism, they lack the negative components of religion, they do not defy reason and no crime has been committed in their name.
It’s only when religion relaxed its grasp on Europe that it came out of the worst period in its history and at least that lesson it learned well. There are many reasons Europe is failing today, but its liberation from religion is not the reason. It’s the new religion that is infiltrating it that is administering the coup de grace.
